If our family can give 10 stars we would! Our family arrived to our original booking late in the evening and it was a total nightmare. We contacted Elliot and Maricel on a Monday at 9:30pm and was in their property by 11pm. Even during the late hours Elliot was on the phone with us providing detour instructions because of street construction. They go above and beyond for guests! Not only did they help us in a desperate time of need, their property was immaculate! Clean, comfortable, parking availability, pool was a 5 star, and the location was in safe area. Amazing communication continued with hosts throughout our stay. Thank you Elliot and Maricel for saving our trip to L.A.

Spacious, light and well appointed. Great location - walking distance to lots of shops and restaurants. The dedicated parking space was a must have for this area. Would stay here again.

I had a great stay at this lovely studio! The location was perfect for me (walking distance to everything I needed!) and the apartment complex itself was fabulous - gym, pool, hot tub and even a patio that overlooks these amenities. I felt safe at all hours and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great location. the Rep was super communicative and willing to accommodate all needs I had! Washer/dryer in unit was also a massive win. Would stay again!

Great location near Americana and Brand can walk to everything. Spacious and modern apartment, which is also great for a baby in a stroller since there’s elevators. The parking spot was super convenient.

Elliot and his team were really easy to communicate with, and really went the extra mile to ensure you were comfortable and familiar with the building. The building itself has incredible staff and great amenities! The convenience of a major chain grocery store right downstairs was great! Missing the private patio already... Elliot and Maricel communicated clearly before our arrival and we didn't have much questions once there. The appartment is a really nice layout, very bright and sunny, had everything we needed to cook, eat, wash, you name it. The beds were great (important for my wife who had several back surgeries), the rooms perfect for a family of 4. The location was also great, close to shopping center Topanga, or to the highway to LA or Santa Monica. Really recommend!Thank you Elliot and Maricel, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the appartment that had everything we need. I stayed at Elliot’s apt. while my apartment in Hollywood was having work done. I’d never spent time in Glendale before, but loved my month there. The apartment is in a new building with great facilities including a gym, and 2 blocks from Americana and 1 block from Galería. Everything is walking distance. A nice change from usually having to drive everywhere in LA. I had a couple of questions during my stay and Elliot was very responsive. Oh, and the king size bed was sooooo comfortable! And with a washer and drier in the apartment, I practically washed everything that I own while staying there. I’d stay there again for sure.

My office is in Burbank and I rented this apartment during a week long stay. I know the local area and apartment inventory very well, and found Elliot’s place to be an excellent choice as the apartment was very clean and well equipped, and I really liked the community pool, gym and parking area. Having a Whole Foods store in the complex was great and convenient. Very good communication with the host during my stay. Don’t hesitate to book this apartment…I will stay there again.

Elliot and team was very professional and communication was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone that would like to stay in one of there Airbnb. This will be my go to whenever I am in California. 5 star definitely.I was completely satisfied with the place, location and would definitely stay again. I was a little disappointed that the other location wasn’t available but the place in Woodland Hills was just as nice.

Everything about our stay was top notch! The location is wonderful, the place is brand new and very clean, and the apartment itself was outfitted with everything we needed to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. There is a great on-site gym, beautiful pool and hot tub, and even an excellent dog run area and dog washing room for your pup! Being above a Whole Foods was incredibly convenient. Our rep took me on a full tour of the place ahead of time to make sure I was familiar with all of the amenities and were incredibly professional, friendly, and communicative. Really couldn’t be happier with our experience!

Amazing co., easy to communicate and easy to check in. Anyone staying in LA for the Grove shopping or general hanging out this is the spot! Groceries 2min away; ramen, sushi and tacos are all within walking distance and open till 1130pm; easy parking and access to property. 10/10 will stay again thank you 😬

It was a great apartment, very clean, not far from the elevator, apt complex has many students but is relatively quite. Other than the random late night person in the courtyard, the only noise was the amount of noise that came from outside (garbage trucks, occasional horns, etc.). With the care and expense that went into such a pretty place. Other than a it was relatively quiet. Very convenient area, didn’t even need the car rental. I did have one issue but it was of my own doing and Elliott’s team took care of it right away. The level of customer response / communication was fantastic! All around a great, comfortable stay in a great area. I will definitely be recommending these guys and will be using them again in the future.
