Parking: 1 assigned subterranean space. The gated community elevator goes straight to the apt. A 2nd permit can be acquired with a public parking permit adjacent to the building.

WiFi: You have your own not shared high speed Wi-Fi network that is exclusive to the apartment

Flooring: Smooth modern looking concrete flooring also found in bedrooms. No carpet was found in the unit

Bedroom: Spacious king-size beds make it beneficial for two people or give you more room to stretch out. All bedrooms have black shades giving privacy and eliminating daylight.

Bathroom: This is the only apt that has Roomy modern walk-in showers in bathroom included. All other 1-bedrooms only come with shower/tub compos

Full-Size Kitchen: Full-size kitchens include Stainless Steel appliances with gas range and ice maker/water filter including all small kitchen countertop appliances

Workstation: Desk and wireless printer included

HVAC: Nest style digital thermostat included with the HVAC central air conditioning

Pet Policy: Standard Apartment Breed Restrictions apply. There is an additional Pet Deposit and one time pet fee that covers the additional cleaning, sanitation, and pet shampoo of the apartment.

Housekeeping: Additional bi-weekly housekeeping available not included in the rent.

Local Support: A Representative will check you in or will be available to assist with a lock box over the phone. We are available to assist with a any questions or issues during your stay.

If our family can give 10 stars we would! Our family arrived to our original booking late in the evening and it was a total nightmare. We contacted Elliot and Maricel on a Monday at 9:30pm and was in their property by 11pm. Even during the late hours Elliot was on the phone with us providing detour instructions because of street construction. They go above and beyond for guests! Not only did they help us in a desperate time of need, their property was immaculate! Clean, comfortable, parking availability, pool was a 5 star, and the location was in safe area. I had a great stay at this lovely studio! The location was perfect for me (walking distance to everything I needed!) and the apartment complex itself was fabulous - gym, pool, hot tub and even a patio that overlooks these amenities. I felt safe at all hours and would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a great location. the Rep was super communicative and willing to accommodate all needs I had! Washer/dryer in unit was also a massive win. Would stay again!

Elliot and Maricel communicated clearly before our arrival and we didn't have much questions once there. The appartment is a really nice layout, very bright and sunny, had everything we needed to cook, eat, wash, you name it. The beds were great (important for my wife who had several back surgeries), the rooms perfect for a family of 4. The location was also great, close to shopping center Topanga, or to the highway to LA or Santa Monica. Really recommend!Thank you Elliot and Maricel, we had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the appartment that had everything we need. I stayed at Elliot’s apt. while my apartment in Hollywood was having work done. I’d never spent time in Glendale before, but loved my month there. The apartment is in a new building with great facilities including a gym, and 2 blocks from Americana and 1 block from Galería. Everything is walking distance. A nice change from usually having to drive everywhere in LA. I had a couple of questions during my stay and Elliot was very responsive. Oh, and the king size bed was sooooo comfortable! And with a washer and drier in the apartment, I practically washed everything that I own while staying there. I’d stay there again for sure.

My office is in Burbank and I rented this apartment during a week long stay. I know the local area and apartment inventory very well, and found Elliot’s place to be an excellent choice as the apartment was very clean and well equipped, and I really liked the community pool, gym and parking area. Having a Whole Foods store in the complex was great and convenient. Very good communication with the host during my stay. Don’t hesitate to book this apartment…I will stay there again.

Everything about our stay was top notch! The location is wonderful, the place is brand new and very clean, and the apartment itself was outfitted with everything we needed to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. There is a great on-site gym, beautiful pool and hot tub, and even an excellent dog run area and dog washing room for your pup! Being above a Whole Foods was incredibly convenient. Our rep took me on a full tour of the place ahead of time to make sure I was familiar with all of the amenities and were incredibly professional, friendly, and communicative. Really couldn’t be happier with our experience!

Amazing co., easy to communicate and easy to check in. Anyone staying in LA for the Grove shopping or general hanging out this is the spot! Groceries 2min away; ramen, sushi and tacos are all within walking distance and open till 1130pm; easy parking and access to property. 10/10 will stay again thank you 😬
