You cannot find a better location than this. This place is wonderful, from their incredible floor layouts to their dependable employees. Anyone is welcome to visit, especially if you enjoy comfort and hospitality.
I adore the amenities and staff! Excellent location near a bunch of adorable restaurants. My favorite features are the hot tub and movie theater. You are just down the hallway to the fitness center, pub lounge and pool area. Trash chutes are close by to the elevator.

Parking: 2 assigned parking tandem spaces included

Unit Location: Located on the 2nd floor, this interior courtyard fully-furnished apartment has views of the Olympic size swimming pool and outdoor lounge. Can miss the floor to ceiling expansive windows that allow you to adjust to a variety of settings.

WiFi: You get private high-speed Wi-Fi dedicated only to your unit without any sharing giving you peace of mind.

TV System: RokuTVs are in the living room and bedrooms which includes Netflix and YouTubeTV expansive cable

Laundry: Extra capacity Washer/Dryer in Unit

Flooring: Hardwood floors and carpeted bedrooms

You have an expansive patio that reaches around the whole unit

Full-Size Kitchen: Expansive kitchen with attached kitchen bar area with four bar stools that have been added. Therefore, you can now eat or work in the bar area or use the dining room table. This modern kitchen now includes all the conveniences that you would be looking for. Along with all kitchenware’s, included are the not to be forgotten Keurig coffee make and countertop toaster oven for quick meals to heat up

Workstation: Desks are now added to the apartment along with desk lamps which are easy to reposition. A wireless printer is included if you need to print out documents from your laptop

HVAC: Central Air conditioning – Nest state of the art digital thermostat for ease of use

Pet Policy: Standard Apartment Breed Restrictions apply. There is an additional Pet Deposit and one time pet fee that covers the additional cleaning, sanitation, and pet shampoo of the apartment.

Housekeeping: Additional bi-weekly housekeeping available not included in the rent.

Local Support: A Representative will check you in or will be available to assist with a lock box over the phone. We are available to assist with a any questions or issues during your stay.
