This unit comes with floor to ceiling windows with the atrium with views of greenery and vines. The windows are expensive and open, providing lots of fresh air but there is no balcony. This space is open with a boxy living room and adjacent L shaped fully equipped kitchen with spacious dining table. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment with attached bathrooms. Now, blackout curtains are installed in bedrooms

Parking: Two assigned parking spaces included.  All gated parking spaces include elevator access takes you directly to the apartment

Unit Location: Interior courtyard setting on the 4th floor

WiFi: Unit come with its own assigned private high-speed Wi-Fi network up to 500-1000 mbp’s.

TV System: All units have Roku TV & YouTubeTV streaming cable in the Living room and bedroom TVs.

Laundry: Washer/Dryer in Unit

Flooring: The unit comes with laminated floors and carpet in the bedrooms

Balcony: No Balcony but large floor to ceiling windows that open up and provide lots of fresh air.

Bedroom: Main Bedroom = Cal-King Bed, 2nd Bedroom.2nd Bedroom = Twin beds x2 which can be converted into a King bed

Bathroom: All bathrooms come with Shower/Tub combinations

Full-Size Kitchen: Modern Full-size kitchens include Stainless Steel appliances with gas range and ice maker/water filter

Workstation: Desk and wireless printer included

HVAC: Central Air conditioning with digital thermostat.

Pet Policy: Standard Apartment Breed Restrictions apply. There is an additional Pet Deposit and one time pet fee that covers the additional cleaning, sanitation, and pet shampoo of the apartment.

Housekeeping: Additional bi-weekly housekeeping available not included in the rent.

Local Support: A Representative will check you in or will be available to assist with a lock box over the phone. We are available to assist with a any questions or issues during your stay.
