Now, blackout curtains are installed in bedrooms
Parking: Two assigned parking spaces included. All gated parking spaces include elevator access takes you directly to the apartment

WiFi: Unit come with its own assigned private high-speed Wi-Fi network up to 500-1000 mbp’s.
TV System: All units have Roku TV & YouTubeTV streaming cable in the Living room and bedroom TVs.

Flooring: The unit comes with laminated floors and carpet in the bedrooms
Balcony: No Balcony but large floor to ceiling windows that open up and provide lots of fresh air.
Bedroom: Main Bedroom = Cal-King Bed, 2nd Bedroom.2nd Bedroom = Twin beds x2 which can be converted into a King bed
Bathroom: All bathrooms come with Shower/Tub combinations
Full-Size Kitchen: Modern Full-size kitchens include Stainless Steel appliances with gas range and ice maker/water filter

Pet Policy: Standard Apartment Breed Restrictions apply. There is an additional Pet Deposit and one time pet fee that covers the additional cleaning, sanitation, and pet shampoo of the apartment.
