Bedford Corporate Housing is a member of the national and international trade organization for the furnished housing industry, Corporate Housing Providers Association (CHPA).

Years of Membership 

Bedford Corporate Housing has been a member of CHPA since 2015.

Code of Ethics 

Bedford adheres to CHPA’s Code of Ethics.

CCHP Certification 

Bedford executives who hold the individual Certified Corporate Housing Professional (CCHP) certification.

Event Attendance 

Bedford attended the annual CHPA Conference every year since 2016.

Credit Report in Good Standing

For approval CHPA to run a credit report on Bedford Corporate Housing through CHPA’s primary credit bureau is Experian. Also ran a Duns & Bradstreet credit check using Bedford’s D-U-N-S number.

Good standing is considered by the following metrics: (a) paying bills within 50 days of invoice due dates (b) credit score indicates a medium to low risk (c) no bankruptcy in the last 10 years (d) any judgments or liens will need documentation (e) combined outstanding collections are under $5,000 (above this threshold a letter of explanation will be required)

Please note that to maintain accreditation over the three-year period, credit is run annually to meet the above criteria each time it is run.

Insurance

Bedford holds a certificate of company insurance. The minimum amounts for this accreditation are $1 million for each occurrence and $2 million aggregate of commercial general liability insurance.

Bedford is required to submit reference letters with their application.
